How can I pay for my order?

AndaSeat accepts Paypal, Affirm, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club and Union Pay. You can pay for your order securely with the methods above.

What does the “order pending” mean?

It means that we didn't receive your payment of this order. Please arrange the payment asap. In case you have already finished the payment on your side, please send the screenshots of your payment method and payment details page to sales-support@andaseat.com. Please don't worry, once we confirm, we will change your order status to paid and arrange the shipment for you.

Why my payment not go through?

This usually happened during the cross-border transaction.Payment was declined by your bank risk system. Your card bank refused to pay as it considered that the payment is under high risk.Please contact your card bank to claim the payment or set a whitelist of payment for AndaSeat.

I have already placed an order, how to change the color or model?

Normally, we will process your order within 24 hours and it is possible that your order has already been shipped. Shipped orders have been delivered to the logistics party, so we cannot make changes to the order information, so please double check your order information. Yes, we are now shipping to US, UK, Germany and Australia, and we’re still striving to more countries, please wait for the update.

How long will it take to get my order?

Normally, the shipping averages 7 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. However, the recent impact of COVID-19 has caused delays in shipments, for instock items, current shipping takes 7 to 10 business days, for pre - ordered items, it may take 1 to 2 months to deliver.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. The US area generally uses FedEx, the UK area generally uses DPD or DHL, and the German area generally uses GLS .

Can I return my products?

In order to bring customers a better shopping experience, we do not sell any secondary products, so you can contact us with any questions you may have, and we will answer them for you. We offer free shipping except for a few remote areas (including Northern Territory, Tasmania, Western Australia, Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland, etc. ), where we charge partial shipping costs. Please check the checkout page for specific regions.

Has my order been shipped? Where can I check the tracking number of my order?

You can check your order tracking number in the shippping comfirmation email we send out. If you don't receive it, please contact us by fill in the contact form we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How can I change my delivery address before my order is shipped?

How to get a warranty?

All orders come with a 2 - year automatic warranty. However, you can extend your warranty into 5 years simply by posting your ideas, see the WARRANTY page for more details.

All of AndaSeat's chairs are covered by a two-year warranty. All chairs are carefully inspected to ensure that you receive a perfect product.
